Terms of Service for Reddit

By using the Nuzzle application on Reddit, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your use of our interactive puzzle experiences within the Reddit platform.

Infrastructure

We leverage Reddit's native Redis systems for all core app logic. We do not use external databases to store your interactive data.

Data Control

Your privacy is absolute. All data is deleted if you choose to delete the original Reddit post containing the Nuzzle experience.

1. User Generated Content

Nuzzle allows users to create and share interactive puzzles. When you upload or generate content through the app:

Reddit Fair License: All content uploaded by users is subject to the fair license of Reddit User Generated Content as outlined in Reddit's master Terms of Service.
No Ownership Claim: Nuzzle does not claim ownership of the images or puzzles you create; they remain part of your Reddit contribution.
Community Standards: You must comply with Reddit's Content Policy. Puzzles containing prohibited content will be subject to removal by Reddit moderators or our automated systems.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Nuzzle Reddit application is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for absolute serenity and uptime, we rely on the Reddit Developer Platform (Devvit) for service delivery. We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Privacy & Data

Our commitment to you is simple: We do not use any collected data. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share your Reddit usage patterns with third parties. For more details, see our Reddit Privacy Policy.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Reddit integration at any time. We will always attempt to notify our community on r/NuzzleThePuzzle before significant changes occur.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Nuzzle application for users who violate Reddit's Terms of Service or engage in malicious activity that disrupts the experience for others.
